What this site collects

If you submit the /apply form, we collect what you type in: your name, email, company, n8n setup details, fleet size, a description of your pain points, and how you heard about us, plus standard UTM parameters from the link you arrived on. That information is stored in a private database and emailed to us so we can follow up.

We don't collect anything beyond what the form asks for.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic like page views and referrers. It's cookieless - it doesn't set cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't use advertising identifiers.

The product

This policy covers the marketing site only. How the Midwatch product itself handles your n8n fleet's data - what it stores, what it never touches, and how your API key is held - is covered in full on /security. We won't repeat it here.

Who else sees your data

We use a small set of subprocessors to run this site and process applications:

• -Cloudflare - hosting and web analytics
• -Supabase - database storage
• -Brevo - transactional email

We don't sell your data, and we don't use any third-party advertising technology on this site.

Deletion

Want your application data deleted? Email hello@midwatch.ai and we'll remove it.
