What shipped, and when

Midwatch sells trust in someone else's uptime, so here is ours in the open. Only work that is live for customers appears on this page.

  1. Bot protection on signup and security headers on both origins

Signup is behind a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, so the trial funnel stops automated abuse before it reaches an account. HSTS, frame-deny, nosniff, and a strict referrer policy now ship on every response from both midwatch.ai and the app.

  2. Fleet tiles click through to the alerts behind them

Every tile on the fleet overview now opens the open alerts for that client, with a clearable client filter that survives changing severity or status. One click from "something is wrong here" to the list.

  3. Faster founder follow-up on new signups

New signups, first instance connections, and plan changes now notify us the moment they happen instead of at the next digest. If you sign up and something looks stuck, a human already knows.

  4. Cloudflare Workers and Workflows monitoring

Connect a Cloudflare account with a read-only API token and Midwatch watches your Workers cron schedules and Workflows: silence against the declared cron, hard failures, reachability, and deploy detection. A connected account counts as one instance on either plan. See /cloudflare.

  5. Self-serve signup, Google sign-in, and two published plans

No call required any more: sign up with email or Google, connect a read-only key, and the first check runs within ten minutes. Solo $49/mo and Agency $197/mo, both starting with a 14-day free trial that takes no card.

  6. White-label client ROI reports on the Agency plan

The monthly report an agency sends its clients: hours saved, executions, and the incidents caught before anyone noticed, on a public share link that only resolves once you approve it. See /sample-report.

  7. A quiet window before an instance is called reachable again

After an upstream network flap produced a burst of unreachable alerts, an instance coming back must now stay clean for 15 minutes before the alert auto-resolves. One flapping path folds into one alert instead of paging you repeatedly.

  8. Midwatch launched

The watch went live at app.midwatch.ai: five checks every five minutes across the fleet, the alert ladder, and the two-way dead-man switch, running on our own client fleet first.
